Alginic acid, highly unsaturated fatty acid, phycophaein, fucoidin, and also it contains some natural growth regulating substances, such as cytokinin, gibberellin, mannitol, betaine, polyphenols, especially some rare microelements, such as iodine, zinc, nickel, magnesium and some beneficial bacterium and natural antibiotics
